I love working with MaryElizabeth and Michele. I need more stars! I started working with them in December 2016. I have lost 15 pounds over the last 9 months since beginning with them. The workouts are custom to my goals and cater to my past injuries. I have been given workouts that I can do when I travel. Nutrition help has been fantastic. Support has been off the charts. I feel like I have a team 100% focused on me and what's best for me, which is what I believe most people need in their lives - at least it is what I needed. I feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and every other -ly word. I am grateful to MaryElizabeth and Michele at Underground Trainers for instilling in me the core belief that I can sustain a lifestyle change--and not just make the change and fall off the wagon (which is what I did a lot) - but make a true sustainable, feel-good-because-I-am-worthy-of-it lifestyle change. And then provide the knowledge, expertise and inspiration to help to actually do it. The improvements have translated into better family time (I'm not grumpy or feeling like crap) and improved work productivity (better work means I made money to pay for this). I have worked with trainers and signed up for gyms through out my life - and my Underground Training experience surpasses them all and has been the best investment I have ever made for myself. I have been training with Michele for about a year and she's helped me achieve my health and fitness goals while having a good time doing it. She's a great motivator, is fully versed on the most effective exercises and eating habits that can get you where you want to go. She's also amazingly supportive, caring and encouraging. I can't recommend her enough.
Michele has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals and makes every session challenging and somehow fun. She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more abdominal exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I would not hesitate to recommend her as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals!
I’ve worked out with several trainers in the past who didn’t push me or care about my goals. I think they thought I was paying them to gossip. I came across Michele with underground trainers and thought I would give a trainer one more shot. For the first time I felt like someone was listening to my goals and what I needed to reach them. I had an injury which I was concerned about and she was able to customize my workouts to be hard enough for me to achieve my goals without causing any discomfort. I’m down 25lbs and only have 10 left to go. Thank you Michele for your dedication and pushing me this far. Can’t wait to lose the last 10 with you!!!
