After I have done a basic physical assessment and discussion of your goals, you and I will create a realistic timeline to work towards them. If you are interested in weight loss, an evaluation of your nutritional habits is included in the program. As for the working out, I approach the body as a whole. Each session is full body and includes a cardio and flexibility component based on your needs. I have over a decade of experience with clients of all levels and utilize aspects of yoga, ballet, and alignment principles in addition to traditional athletic and fitness exercises. Ultimately, I focus on you, and how you move.
