About Chris

From his first set of plastic weights he had as a 10-year-old, Chris noticed that he got a little 'swole'. That's when the addiction started, Push-ups and sit-ups followed even though his arms were so skinny they could barely hold him up. Years of training brought out the desire to push himself, to see what he was made of. From Lifting in rusty gyms in the heat of the Philippine jungle while in the Marine corps, to eventually managing a Powerhouse gym while in college. Chris' life has revolved around fitness. As the founder of Cepeda Collective, Chris now constantly does research on training methods, nutrition, and natural supplements. All the while continuing to make himself and his clients better through consistency and motivation.
