I have been an athlete all my life. No matter what the sport, I am always ready to join in. I have been working in the fitness industry for the past four years in New York City & New Jersey. I have a Masters Degree in Sports Science from the California University of Pennsylvania, and am NASM-PES, NASE-CSS, and KBIA-I certified.
