About Sterling

I’ve always lives a very active lifestyle playing sports throughout my childhood. I still like to occasionally participate in a host of different recreational sports. I have been a personal trainer for 6 years now focusing mainly on sports performance training. Sports have always been a passion of mine as I am a huge competitor. I try to bring that competitive nature to each on of my training sessions. Encouraging my clients to want to be the best version of them everyday. Emphasizing the importance of not just being physically fit but maintaining a balanced diet as well. I believe that fitness stretches far beyond the walls of a fitness facility. Its not just working out and eating right it a complete lifestyle change.

Sterling is Very focused and committed. He sets goals and expectation based on individual concerns and ability. He actively by my side for every rep, set and stride on the treadmill. He always stretches me to get the best output. He customize the training plan based on individual capability to accomplish the set goals.


For the past months that I have trained with Sterling, he had demonstrated professionalism and commitment towards his clients. He provided guidance and corrections on executions of exercises. Every weeks class was challenging and never boring. A day or two after class I would be sore but was all worth it. I believe that for the past months I have trained with Sterling I have gotten stronger, toned and more confident with myself.
