When I work with my clients I am fully dedicated to their workouts, diet, and safety. I will create for you a completely personalized, safe, and effective short, medium, and long term exercise program and an equally deep and detailed dietary program to ensure that every aspect of your fitness program is complete. And there is a major component that sets my dietary programs apart from other trainers. I push my clients to photograph everything they eat (when socially acceptable of course) and email it to me so I can constantly stay up to date with your diet and give constant feedback and suggestions to ensure your diet is always on track. Your workout sessions themselves will always be intense and push you past your limit, but will never compromise your safety. Also, I will always take the time to answer every one of your questions and explain every concept so you always understand every detail of your program. Finally, when you work with me, you will have a personal trainer 24/7 as I believe my professional responsibilities do not end when my clients' sessions end. When you work with me I will always be there communicating with you away from your scheduled sessions. Answering questions, giving guidance, and doing whatever else I can to make sure that you are always progressing forward safely and effectively and getting the results you want.
