Current student pursuing a BA in Biology and Psychology to gain a better understanding of development and individual differences. I believe that health and fitness are for everybody no matter their shape, size, or athletic ability. I create unique, functional programming that will provide conditioning and build strength while being dynamic and beginner friendly. I love working with beginners and helping them uncover the many benefits of incorporating movement into their lives. My main goal is to help clients set and achieve realistic goals. Together we will push the limits and figure out what your body can really do.
