Since becoming a personal trainer I have been able to help people of various body types, ages and skill levels improve their health with rewarding and effective workouts along with lifestyle and nutritional education. The training you will receive from me will be customized to fit your needs and abilities so that you can meet your fitness goals in a timely manner. I will show you how to exercise efficiently while minimizing the risk of injury as you learn to sustain and build upon your achievements.
Our sessions will be done at The Warehouse Gym and Fitness, a private training facility with ample space and equipment but without the congestion and distractions of a commercial gym. I offer 1-on-1 training or small groups of up to four people.
