I have been training clients for 6 years. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Coaching from The Ohio State University. I am TRX Level 1 certified, ACE Personal Trainer certified, and I also have my Concussion in Sports certification from the Center for Disease Control. I am also in the process of earning my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) I am a caring and motivating personal trainer, but also an accountable trainer as well. In order for my clients to be successful, they are held accountable in both their nutrition plan, and their training program. However, I care for my clients well-being and their personal lives also. I want them to be healthy, and enjoy that health with their friends, families, and most importantly themselves. With this combination of care and accountability, my clients are guaranteed results!

I relied on basketball or running for exercise, but after a knee injury I found myself pretty inactive for a couple of years before getting in contact with Logan. Working with Logan has decreased the effect of my injury and I have continued to improve my mobility while increasing strength.
