What to expect
When my younger brother died from complications with obesity, I became determined to help others avoid the same fate, and enrolled in a year-long personal training course through NPTI. Through that comprehensive, 500 hour intensive diploma program, I learned all about anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and correct exercise techniques.
Exercise is important for all ages. It’s never too late to start, and it’s never too late to feel better. Success is measured in small ways.... clothes start fitting better, that climb up the stairs gets a little easier, you’re able to move throughout the day with more stamina. Not everyone is an athlete; not everyone needs to be. My goal for you is to help you reach your goal safely and efficiently.
