Harry is a United States Navy Veteran with over 25 years of experience in health and fitness. Serving as his ship's Fitness Petty Officer, one of his responsibilities was to provide exercise instruction to those who fell below the Navy's fitness standards enabling them to pass the required physical performance tests.
After being honorably discharged from the Navy, Harry earned a B.S. in Kinesiology/Movement Science with a focus on Physical Therapy from Penn State University. While attending PSU Harry studied nutrition providing him an understanding of health and fitness at the molecular level which his clients greatly benefit from.
Moving to Montgomery County, Harry began training independently and working as a personal trainer for the Philadelphia Sports Club in Ardmore, PA. His list of private clientele on the Main Line grew so quickly that he established Main Line Personal Trainers a year later.
Harry's approach to training is based on building a rapport with each client--understanding each client's likes/dislikes, goals, and lifestyle-enabling him to tailor a program that addresses individual needs and desires. Harry likes to keep workouts fun and challenging while offering variety.
Ultimately, his goal is to impart an understanding of exercise and fitness so that his clients are empowered to eat well and stay fit whether working with a trainer or not. The ongoing client education not only keeps them interested and motivated, but the physical results are striking!
