What to expect
The workouts are catered to you. It is your time to train how you would like. I train cardio, strength, stability, plyometrics, body weight, suspension, etc. I structure the best workouts possible for you in a safe and controlled environment. The workouts would always be different, no muscle memorization, keeping you always guessing and excited to workout! I am very big on proper form, so you will always get the most out of each exercise. Anytime there is a need, we will always modify an exercise while still hitting the same target area. As a golf certified specialist, I train golfers who are looking to enhance their golf swing strength and mechanics. We will go through a series of swing and functional movement assessments to determine what areas need some work to keep you below par on the green! Along with your workouts, we go over basic nutrition to ensure you are getting the biggest bang for your buck! The abs truly are made in the kitchen, keeping a food log for a few days to see your normal diet, so we can make minor tweaks and make a full-around healthy lifestyle that will work for you.
