My Philosophy

I believe the body needs to be challenged in many ways for it to be at its best. Therefore I train the body from head to toe and have you exercise in multiple ways, such as up and down, side to side, and twisting motions. I also incorporate many neglected areas such as balance, reaction training, stability training, power training, and flexibility training. I also advise clients to use the foam roller to improve muscle imbalances and to reduce the chances of injury.

1. Why did you hire a trainer? In the past I have had trouble staying consistent with my workouts. I would go to the gym 2 or 3 days in a week then gradually fall out of the groove. I wanted to get in a good routine and I knew hiring a training would provide that. 2. What results have you achieved? I am considerably more toned, which is the result I am looking for. I am leaner and have lowered my body fat by 3%. 3. What do you like best about having trainer? I am being efficient and making the best use of my time. I like having someone simply tell me what to do. Todd makes sure I am exercising with proper form so that I can achieve results and not injure myself. 4.
