I am a military Vet who pushes people to be better. After serving in the Army for 8 years I had issues with my weight. I gained over 30 pounds, felt and looked over weight. Not being confident in my ability to help myself I went to school for personal training at Heritage college. After that I realized that was an job I enjoyed and could do for the rest of my life. So my personal philosophy is, "train hard to live easy, but have fun doing it." I believe if you can't have fun training you won't train no matter motivated.
A normal session involves a client spending an hour training with me. First we start with some light movements get the body going and blood circulating through your muscles. Then we do exercises based on your goals and needs. I general like strength exercises involving functional training or boxing for weight loss. After doing our workout for the day we stretch to reduce muscle soreness and tightness. I also give you a homework assignment to do at home so we can meet your goals. This is how a typical session goes for my clients.
