About Jennifer

My name is Jennifer Conway, and I began my fitness journey years ago, after experiencing first-hand the benefits of improved physical fitness. I enrolled in an intensive, 14-month yoga teacher training program, and have been teaching yoga on the East side ever since. I have since gotten certified for personal training through NASM and train clients in their homes, at my home gym, and at their membership gyms. I understand how easily we can slip into patterns of inefficient mobility, and the consequences thereof. My style is gentle but insistent; I will not let you get away with not trying! Whether you seek pain management, increased flexibility, weight loss or strength gains, I can work with you to plan a path to success.

Professional. Knowledgable. Friendly. Jen will warmly welcome you into her studio. Her instruction is clear and concise as she guides you into each pose applying correction when needed so you will receive the full health benefit from each pose. I am a 60 year old veteran in pretty decent shape and yet thanks to Jen I am able to manipulate my body into yoga poses with little or no difficulty. Even if you are unable to perform the full stretch at first, go as far as you can and you will still benefit to some degree. Yoga has reduced my hypertension, while teaching my muscles and mind to relax deeply. Taking Jen's class, you not only learn how to move, you learn how to breath. Highly recommend her class. Through her yogic background she has enabled me to not only work my core and the rest of my body but also detect where my muscles are deeply tight giving me both strengething and bodily release. Our family has been loving our training sessions with Jen at Coach Mo's gym in Northwest Hills. My husband and myself and our two daughters (16 and 12) are all working out together and it has been such a great experience. We get to spend time together as a family while getting fit at the same time. One of my daughters has Down syndrome so she sometimes requires some accommodation which Jen is great at handling. We are all at different fitness levels and abilities but we are all able to work out at our individual levels while having fun together. I couldn't recommend Jen more highly, she is reliable and fun, keeps the workouts fresh with many different activities and encourages us to give it our all.
