What to expect
Born and raised in the Midwest, I have been pursuing my passion of physical fitness the last three years in Dallas, TX. A graduate of Michigan State University with a BS in Kinesiology Specializing in Health Promotion, I am confident I have the knowledge and skills to help you achieve the results you want. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and currently working as a full time personal trainer.
Our session will be spent learning the exercise basics; form, posture, tempo, rest. We will also touch on nutrition and why the two (exercise and nutrition) must go hand-in-hand to achieve true success. I believe in teaching my clients the WHY behind everything we do because people work harder when they truly understand the benefits of each exercise. I place a huge emphasis on core strength and addressing proper form so that all of my clients are comfortable performing the exercises on their own.
