Bryan Watson is a fantastic trainer. When I first started working out in the gym - I had no idea what to do with anything in there except the treadmill; and was a little intimidated. My insecurities and intimidation of the gym slowly faded away with every session when working with Bryan, because he makes you feel at ease while working out and makes it fun. The knowledge of the gym, training, the muscles in the body and food that Bryan possess is vast and always growing. During our workouts he would demonstrate the movements before I would do them, and he would make corrections to my form while I was doing them if something was off. When I signed up with Bryan, he started off the first session by asking the simple question - "what is your goal?" From there he structured the workouts around to help aid in achieving the goals that I was looking for. Once those goals had been met, he would sit down and ask the same question again to be able to structure the future sessions to help achieve the new goal. Every workout that I had with Bryan was different, effective and fun. I saw the physical results from working out and I was meeting the goals that I had been striving to reach. When I would go on days that I didn't have a session with him - he would go the extra mile to check in and see how my workout is going.
