I have been a fitness and health enthusiast since I was 12 years old. Since then I've trained hundreds of clients from all different backgrounds and abilities. Whether your goal is to improve performance, lose weight, or get in the best shape possible I can help. I train one on one, small group setting, or boot camp style. I am easy going, disciplined, and patient. My main goal is to improve your long term health and wellness. If budget is a concern I can work with you. Thanks!

12 years in the field(since 2005). 150+ clients trained. Bachelor's Degree Kinesiology- UNT. Nationally Certified- NSCA. Competitive distance runner(5k-marathon). Winner of the 2009 MS Stampede Addison 5k and 2011 National Veterans Day 11k Dallas. 90+ races completed since 2004.
