When it comes to In-home/gym training, you can expect anything from medicine balls to speed ladder drills to boxing! I like to mix it up. I'm a very goal-oriented person. I design every workout program in advance specifically to achieve your goals, as well as give you what you need in other areas. You'll have a folder with every workout you've ever done so that as you move ahead you can look back and see your progress. I'm an NASM certified personal trainer in the Dallas area and have been training for almost 10 years. I've been doing in-home training for over 7 years. Professional and insured.
The way I approach training is to ask what your goals are, listen carefully to what you have to say and design programs that fit you. In addition, I give you feedback as to what I see that you may need along the lines of flexibility and/or corrective exercise. My training techniques are unique, challenging and always systematically progressive while maintaining safety every step of the way. I focus heavily on core training and proper form. Clients enjoy a variety of exercises, including the agility ladder, balance discs, plyometrics and boxing.
