My name is Liz and I am passionately committed to helping you meet your health and wellness goals. My primary focus it to make you look and feel your best at all times. I believe "the best gift you can give someone is a healthy you"! I keep a balanced approach to fitness and wellness by encompassing cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and nutrition. The concepts I use in my training are designed to be simple, yet effective for long term wellness. I serve my clients in the greater Dallas/Frisco area. I offer training both in-home or on-site at applicable locations.

I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. -Michael Jordan. This quote is one of my favorites because no matter how many times you fail if you keep pushing through you will be successful. That is my philosophy not just in the training world, but everything. You work hard. You change your bad habits. It's a win win situation. When it seems so hard and you want to give up. Don't. If it's losing those couple of extra pounds, pushing through your last race of the season, sticking to healthy choice foods versus the junk you see everyone else eat. You can do it. Nothing is more rewarding than results!
