Fitness is a way of life. To become and stay physically fit, one needs to develop a mindset of determination and sometimes downright grit. If allowed to do so, this mindset can trickle into other areas of one's life, as they begin to pursue excellence outside the gym in their education, careers, and interpersonal relationships.
