What to expect when you train with me
Call me a Fitness Concierge. I focus on bringing the best training sessions to each client, wherever that client may be. I provide mobile personal training (to your door), semi-private sessions (2-4 clients), and boot camp-style group training sessions (5+ individuals). I can bring sessions to your home, your office, or other locations (workshops, etc). Instead of weight loss, I focus on FAT Loss through metabolic training concepts and nutritional guidance. My tough but doable workouts will keep you and your body guessing. I work with mostly busy, professional women, but I am willing to train men outside their home as well.

So far I treat each client success story as equal. Whether the client couldn't do pushups before and now can do 2, or a client has learned how to make better choices in eating and feeding the family, or a client has lost pounds of fat that have stayed off for the long term, each client's story becomes my own. I take personal responsibility for helping each client that I influence.

I've been through the trenches. After the birth of my third child, depression set in when I realized I couldn't fit into my size 16 jeans anymore...they were too small. That was 5 years ago. Today I'm a size 4/6. I've spent the last 5 years learning the tricks and the developing the knowledge necessary to help not only myself, but others see results through lasting fat burn. I don't simply check the scale. I use body fat percentage to show progress. I don't do shortcuts and quick fixes. I do programs that involve TOTAL transformations (mind/body/environment).

My favorite personal workout is spinning, because I can push my body with each workout and burn LOTS of calories. For clients, I like workouts using the Step 360Pro because it also works lots of different ways and forces the body to have to adjust to the unstable surface.
