I have a passion for helping individuals reach their fitness goals because I know what its like to be the one setting the goal that seems so unattainable. I had the privilege of training a young man who I helped increase his activity levels, change diet/eating habits and build muscle. We took his training one day and one session at a time. Sticking to our gameplan we reached checkpoint goal 1. His confidence was through the roof and not only did he lose weight and begin conquering checkpoints 2, 3, 4, etc, he changed his life as a whole and made fitness his lifestyle and an activity he enjoyed. I've noticed across the board with nearly all of my clients if you focus on taking your goals one day at a time, you will begin crushing your workouts and see yourself setting larger goals.
