Hi! I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years. I have had my own In home personal training business ShoreFit since 2010. I work mostly with seniors and women. I have experience with pre and post rehab of the knee. I love working with clients in their homes. I’m able to be more creative in my training and my clients are like family to me. I have some equipment that I bring to clients homes but most often they have their own equipment to work out on their own. I have 2 kids so my work schedule tends to be geared more towards the daytime. I have just recently been certified to teach Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga. I love practicing yoga it’s my way of life and I am so thrilled to now be able to bring this wonderful practice into my clients homes. I teach mat Pilates and I also teach senior aqua aerobics! I became a trainee because I love to work out and wanted to share my love of this with my clients and now I get to do this with yoga!!

Thanks to Cindi, my wife and I are healthier and more fit than we ever have been. Cindi’s willingness to come to our home has made all the difference in starting our workouts with her. We have been with Cindi for over nine years and feel it is the best thing we have done for ourselves ever! We work with Cindi twice a week for an hour for each of us.
