We do not collect personal information independent of the information given to us from our client(s) so that we may fulfill very specific requirements of the contract we have with them. We use certain limited personal information only for the purposes of verifying that individuals are actual members of the gyms managed by our client for the purposes of allowing actual gym members to book reservations at the gym or gyms they are members of. Our purpose, generally speaking, is simply to facilitate reservations for gym attendance and prevent fraudulent reservations that would prevent actual gym members from making a reservation. Specifically we use the following information provided to us by our client(s): User ID First Name First initial of last name Gym or gym(s) to which User ID belongs Language preferences of User ID. We use the above information strictly for the purpose of knowing whether an individual has the required permissions (as deemed by our client) to book a reservation at a specific gym or gyms. 2. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE? In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may process or share data based on the following legal basis: Consent: We may process your data only if you have given your consent to do so by our client(s). Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements). Vital Interests: We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved. 3. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION? In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We will only keep your personal information for as long as you remain a member of our client(s) organization or until you withdraw your consent to allow them to use your information whichever is earlier. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. 4. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE? In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment. 5. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS? We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. In Short: You may review, change, or terminate our rights to process your information at anytime, however doing so, will eliminate our ability to process reservations you might want to make to attend one of our client(s) gyms. The quickest and easiest way to do so would be contact our client(s) directly as we are only processing data you have granted them access to and our system is designed to immediately cease the use of data they instruct us to stop using. If you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Depending on where you live, other supervisory authorities might be more relevant to you. 7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice. 8. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS? In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
