What to expect when you train with me
Expect a challenging, yet thorough and invigorating workout when training. Many people understand the benefits of working out but don't understand how every muscle and joint in the body is interlinked with one another. Proper movement is key to every aspect of fitness, from strength to stamina. Prior to training with me we will sit down to discuss goal setting, set up a nutritional regimen, and conduct thorough fitness testing to establish a proper foundation to progress from. Through close coaching, constant motivation and regular updating of exercise routines I can ensure that I can help you attain your own personal fitness goals, shaping a healthier and more confident YOU !
