My favorite client story is
All of my clients stories are favorites. For the average person to come into the gym from years of no training and nutrition principles is tough. But to make the dramatic lifestyle changes is always very inspiring! One of my clients on the videos is a truly great story. She is married with 3 children, but still makes the time and gives 100% effort every time we train. What makes me happiest is that she has put to bed the theory that there is not enough time to see great results. You just have to prioritize.

1) You have to train in a progressive fashion. 2) You have to follow a balanced nutrition plan. 3) You have to be consistent with both. Success will come through a combination of training, nutrition, and a winning mindset.
My favorite exercise is
There is a toss up here. For the intermediate to advanced trainee I would say sprints. You can build amazing muscle and leanness plus become incredibly fit. This is the ultimate total body movement. For the beginner trainee I would say squat thrusts. Not only do they help you get lean and build muscle, they also get you coordinated and very comfortable with how your body moves.
